Terms

Last updated 20 September 2026

Quantolyx is a private system operated by its owner for people the owner invites. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. Questions go through the request form.

Your account

  • An account is personal. Keep your password to yourself and tell the owner if you think it has been used by someone else.
  • The owner decides who is invited, what each person may do, and can suspend or remove any account or workspace at any time.

What you may not do

  • Use it to mislead people, impersonate anyone, or infringe others’ rights.
  • Try to reach another person’s workspace or account, or to get around the limits the owner has set.
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the system, or share your access with anyone.

Your content

What you put in stays yours. You give us only what is needed to run the system for you. You are responsible for what you put in and for what goes out under your account.

As it is

The system is provided as it is, without a promise that it never fails or never errs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if anything.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be removed. The owner can end your access at any time. The sections on your content and liability survive.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. They may change; the date above says when, and continuing to use the system after a change means you accept it.
